Minimalist Home Tour (Photos): Ryan Nicodemus

Oh—hello there! Welcome to our minimalist home. Well, really I’m the minimalist—my partner, Mariah, is not—but it’s still our minimalist home, right? And by the way, it’s more of a loft than a traditional home. Anyway, follow me this way, please.

From the front door, we walk through a short hallway and into the kitchen:

Because the loft is all one open space, you can turn around and see our livingroom, as well as our favorite feature—that view! (Our cat seems to like it, too.)

Turn the corner, pass the bathroom, and here’s our bedroom (not pictured, behind the wall: closet, laundry):

At the foot of our bed, you’ll find a simple writing desk with a view:

And finally, here’s a view of our livingroom from our bedroom. Yes, we have two couches, and yes, they get used frequently for weekly game nights:

That’s all for now. Next month we’ll feature a minimalist home tour of Joshua’s house, so make sure you subscribe to The Minimalists via email. In the meantime, search the #MinimalistHomeTour tag on Instagram for more photos of our homes.
